Job Description
Technical Account Manager responsible for API and XML syndication programs at Talent.com. Managing integrations and partner communications within a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Talent.com's API and XML syndication programs (part of a team who works on these programs)
- Provide support to complete & scale job publishing integrations with partners
- Work with customer support analysts to provide best possible value to clients
- Perform margin analysis and use the data for bid management
- Provide operational support to build, complete, and scale job publishing integrations
- Identify new syndication opportunities - aka, look for new publishing partners
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience - ideally in the job board industry
- Experience with paid ad management/syndication programs (Job syndication is a plus)
- Expertise in strategies to improve ROAS via paid media
- Experience pulling and analyzing data using SQL, Redshift, or similar querying tools
- Good negotiation skills and experience managing stakeholders
- Detailed oriented and a critical thinker
- Good communication skills in English (written/spoken)
