Job Description

Sales Engineer focused on driving revenue and growth in Mid-Atlantic territory for Rogers Corporation. Leveraging technical knowledge of products to generate new business and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and ensure growth of complex existing accounts.
  • Assess potential application of company products or services and offer solutions.
  • Research and present reports showing cost benefits of purchasing products or services.
  • Provide technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback for future product developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct technical sales.
  • Experienced in working with complex global accounts – OEM’s, fabricators, and assemblers.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
