Job Description
Microsoft Marketing Specialist developing sales content and executing marketing campaigns to enhance Presidio's Microsoft offerings. Collaborating closely with sales teams and partners to optimize market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer- and partner-facing decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, datasheets, and sales enablement materials aligned to Presidio’s Microsoft portfolio.
- Create compelling messaging that translates complex cloud and Microsoft solutions into clear, benefits-driven narratives for target audiences.
- Work with internal sales teams to gather win stories and write engaging, complete case studies.
- Create comprehensive field-ready kits and battlecards, including sales playbooks, solution briefs, and competitive positioning information relative to the partnership with Microsoft.
- Create and manage an up-to-date content repository for both internal and external use, ensuring resources reflect the latest market trends, company offerings, and partnership focuses.
- Maintain and refresh a library of MSFT-aligned collateral, ensuring content stays current with Microsoft solution updates, promotions, and co-sell priorities.
- Collaborate with the Presidio marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all Microsoft-related content.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across email, social, digital, and partner channels to drive awareness and pipeline for Presidio’s Microsoft-aligned offerings.
- Support co-marketing initiatives and partner-funded campaigns in alignment with Microsoft partner programs and guidelines.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Presidio's participation in Microsoft events, tradeshows, and partner summits.
- Serve as the embedded marketing resource for the Microsoft sales team, attending regular syncs with sales leadership and MSFT BDEs.
- Assist the sales team with customer-facing presentations, event invitations, and executive briefing materials.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, cloud, or IT solutions, with a background in sales training, curriculum, or content development.
- Demonstrated ability to create polished, high-quality customer- and partner-facing content (decks, briefs, campaigns, case studies, battlecards).
- Experience working closely with sales teams and translating business priorities into marketing execution.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, CRM, marketing automation).
- Self-starter and team player with a customer service attitude and the ability to be flexible.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Microsoft events and tradeshows.
