Job Description

Tender Specialist providing administrative support for sales operations at Agilent Technologies. Role involves managing tender business tasks and sales report generation while collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide process and administrative support within sales to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support sales-related activities, including managing the administrative tasks of tender business.
  • Process internal orders.
  • Communicate product changes.
  • Handle campaign inquiries.
  • Regularly generate or assist in the creation of sales reports to support business insights.
  • Support the Country General Manager with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialized training or certification in systems administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in systems and administrative tasks, with strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of LOU is an advantage.
  • Typically requires 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
