Job Description
Territory Manager for Respiratory Care focused on increasing sales and building customer relationships in South Germany. Requires sales experience and fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your territory, including short- and long-term goals, market analyses, and strategic actions to open new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and qualification of potential customers within your territory.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and effectively nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets and grow revenue.
- Ability and willingness to work remotely and visit customers 3–4 days per week across the territory.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and to set priorities effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).
