Job Description
Territory Manager driving growth for BD's Vascular Access Management solutions. Focused on customer interactions and achieving sales targets in North London territory.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs to cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships
- Analyse sales data to drive informed decision-making
- Use the BD CRM, Salesforce effectively
- Develop territory plans for sustainable sales success
- Provide training and support on the VAM product portfolio
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams for product trials and account conversion
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Extensive sales experience in NHS Healthcare sales
- Ideally clinically trained
- Highly motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Willingness and ability to be customer facing four days per week in this field-based role
