Job Description

Trade Marketing Coordinator supporting planning and execution of marketing strategies for Skechers. Collaborating with teams and enhancing brand visibility in retail accounts across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across national and independent retail accounts
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and key stakeholders
  • Deliver integrated campaigns including in-store promotions, digital and social activity, events, and co-op advertising
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Create marketing materials
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Contribute ideas to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts across the UK
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and identify opportunities to enhance in-store execution
  • Support visual merchandising and point-of-purchase initiatives
  • Develop and implement impactful displays
  • Manage POP assets
  • Collaborate with store teams to maximize product visibility and elevate the in-store brand experience

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is required
  • Experience in Marketing and Visual Merchandising is preferred
  • Experience within retail environment would be desirable
  • Ability to travel using all methods of transport including overnight stays
  • Project management skills and experience would be an advantage
  • Confidently able to communicate and liaise at all levels both verbally and written
  • Flexible, and adaptable with the ability to work at a fast pace with several changing priorities
  • Visionary, creative with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using Photoshop experience is preferred.
