Job Description
Trade Marketing Coordinator supporting planning and execution of marketing strategies for Skechers. Collaborating with teams and enhancing brand visibility in retail accounts across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across national and independent retail accounts
- Work closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and key stakeholders
- Deliver integrated campaigns including in-store promotions, digital and social activity, events, and co-op advertising
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Create marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance
- Contribute ideas to drive sales and brand awareness
- Build strong relationships with key accounts across the UK
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and identify opportunities to enhance in-store execution
- Support visual merchandising and point-of-purchase initiatives
- Develop and implement impactful displays
- Manage POP assets
- Collaborate with store teams to maximize product visibility and elevate the in-store brand experience
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is required
- Experience in Marketing and Visual Merchandising is preferred
- Experience within retail environment would be desirable
- Ability to travel using all methods of transport including overnight stays
- Project management skills and experience would be an advantage
- Confidently able to communicate and liaise at all levels both verbally and written
- Flexible, and adaptable with the ability to work at a fast pace with several changing priorities
- Visionary, creative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Photoshop experience is preferred.
