Job Description
Remote interpreters at Future Group providing assistance in language interpretation across various fields and industries. Facilitating communication between English and non-English speakers during calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally according to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
- Prepare to take notes during calls.
- Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Clients.
- Render accurate interpretation of messages.
- Comply with dress code for video remote interpreting.
Requirements:
- Passion for languages and interpretation.
- Professional remote interpreter experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary.
- Ability to render accurate interpretation without omissions.
- Willingness to undergo internal professional training and acquire new certifications.
- Compliance with technical requirements for remote work.
- High tolerance, accuracy, and expertise in linguistic tasks.
