Job Description
Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales Representative responsible for sales growth at Mindray North America. Developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in radiology and vascular departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive direct sales growth in radiology and vascular departments across hospitals and imaging centers
- Build and manage customer relationships to expand market presence and identify new opportunities
- Partner with Point-of-Care (POC) representatives, Corporate and IDN Account Managers, and other divisions to coordinate sales strategies and maximize revenue
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Application Specialists
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory updates to the Regional Manager
- Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences and trade shows
- Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of open orders, credits, and account balances
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to share market insights and customer feedback that shape future product enhancements
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience; at least 5 years in ultrasound sales preferred
- Proven success in managing hospital and imaging center accounts, with strong clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and competitive selling scenarios
- Self-driven, motivated professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support in-field activities
