Job Description

Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales Representative responsible for sales growth at Mindray North America. Developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in radiology and vascular departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive direct sales growth in radiology and vascular departments across hospitals and imaging centers
  • Build and manage customer relationships to expand market presence and identify new opportunities
  • Partner with Point-of-Care (POC) representatives, Corporate and IDN Account Managers, and other divisions to coordinate sales strategies and maximize revenue
  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Application Specialists
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory updates to the Regional Manager
  • Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences and trade shows
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of open orders, credits, and account balances
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to share market insights and customer feedback that shape future product enhancements
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience; at least 5 years in ultrasound sales preferred
  • Proven success in managing hospital and imaging center accounts, with strong clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and competitive selling scenarios
  • Self-driven, motivated professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support in-field activities
