Job Description

Inside Vehicle Sales Representative managing sales processes and customer relationships for Ryder. Collaborating across teams and ensuring compliance in sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including titling, licensing and legal sale documents.
  • Work directly with prospective and established customers to gather all applicable information needed to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain vehicle sales compliance with local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
  • Support the Inside Vehicle Sales Manager in maximizing sales time by streamlining support activities and improving current processes.

Requirements:

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • One (1) year or more in Sales/administrative support required
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Customer service experience — any industry considered
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills: keyboard shortcuts, file management, basic Excel navigation and collaborative spreadsheet work.
  • Organized, personable, tech-comfortable and ready to be a real contributor on a close team.
