Virtual Assistant providing remote administrative, operational, and creative support for individuals and businesses. Enabling efficient management of daily tasks and focus on higher-value priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote administrative, operational, and sometimes creative support
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage and organize email inboxes
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Conduct online research
  • Handle data entry
  • Prepare reports or presentations
  • Support social media management or customer communications
  • Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, travel arrangements, CRM updates, and content creation
