Job Description

Partner Development Manager driving Hyland’s enterprise software partnerships, joint go-to-market initiatives, and co-sell revenue. Building strategic relationships and scaling partner programs across global ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Own partner-influenced pipeline and revenue through co-sell initiatives
  • Coordinate partner involvement throughout the full deal cycle
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on partner initiatives
  • Track joint program progress and align stakeholders
  • Define and improve scalable partner engagement models, standards, practices, and documentation
  • Track, analyze, and improve partner-influenced opportunities, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Use partner performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development
  • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Direct experience within enterprise software or cloud partner ecosystems such as SAP, Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales motions and co-sell go-to-market processes
  • Ability to build and manage senior-level relationships across partner and internal organizations
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Experience scaling partner programs across a global or multi-regional portfolio
  • Awareness of how AI is reshaping the enterprise software landscape
  • Hands-on experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner relationship management platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience measuring and communicating partner performance and impact
