Job Description
Werkstudent HR supporting the development of HR processes and tools for Officium GmbH. Engaging in documentation, process creation, and working closely with HR leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and documenting HR processes, work instructions, and guidelines
- Creating process diagrams, summaries, and practical step-by-step guides
- Supporting the development and structuring of HR tools, policies, and standards
Requirements:
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree program
- You enjoy preparing complex content in a structured way and documenting it clearly
