Job Description
Support the Talent Team with active sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination. Help optimize recruiting workflows in Personio and Ashby.
Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing: You use LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools) confidently to proactively approach and attract talent for us.
- Confident screening: You perform initial CV checks and can immediately assess whether a profile matches our requirements.
- Interview scheduling: You independently coordinate complex interview appointments between candidates and our hiring managers.
- Process optimization: You support us in making the recruiting workflow in our systems (Personio/Ashby) even more efficient.
Requirements:
- Experience: You already have practical experience in recruiting or sourcing (e.g., through an internship or a previous working student position).
- Studies: You are enrolled for at least one more year.
- Communication: You are strong in written German (for our job postings) and English, and you know how to interact with candidates respectfully and professionally.
- Hands-on mentality: You work independently and in a structured way and are eager to dive deep into our technical topics.
