Job Description

Account Executive for B2B SaaS focusing on pricing optimization. Engage in consultative sales with strategic clients to drive ARR growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative sales: You conduct sales conversations at C-level and head-of-department level.
  • Deal ownership: From the first demo call to contract signing, you manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Scale-up spirit: You don’t just sell—you optimize our sales playbooks and define best practices for the whole team.
  • Impact: You will have a direct impact on our ARR growth and help us own the "pricing optimization" category.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in retail/e-commerce or MarTech)
  • Business-fluent German (C2) is essential for the DACH market; English is required for our international team
  • Closing mentality: You’re hungry for success, work data-driven (CRM is your friend), and negotiate confidently
  • Solution selling: You enjoy explaining complex products simply and sell based on value (value-based), not price.
