Job Description

Account Executive responsible for driving new business growth through sales in the property management software market. Collaborating with teams to provide tailored solutions to clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings.
  • Conduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solution.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions.
  • Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
