Job Description
Account Executive developing client relationships and leveraging global talent solutions at Oceans. Driving sales through consultative methodology and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle to closure.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to identify customer challenges, budget, authority, needs, competition, and timeline.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of prospective clients' staffing and offshoring requirements.
- Partner closely with Account Management and Talent Operations teams for smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Continuously refine sales processes, strategies, and achieve targeted sales goals.
- Facilitate the talent matching process, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as an Account Executive or Recruiter in staffing, outsourcing, or global talent markets.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, discovery, and talent alignment.
- Proven experience working with startups, SMB, or mid-market businesses.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and ATS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn).
