Job Description
Enterprise Account Manager responsible for expanding Treering's complex Travel accounts. Focus on building partnerships while supporting business value in the Travel vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Travel accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizations
- Develop strong partnerships with Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes in collaboration with Sales leadership
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline visibility
- Identify customer risks and opportunities early and proactively address them
- Provide structured customer feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product and process improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience managing enterprise customers with complex contracts and multiple stakeholders; Travel industry experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic account planning with hands-on execution
- Ability to balance strategic account planning with hands-on execution
