Job Description

Account Manager for SMB Travel accounts at Treering focused on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a book of SMB Travel accounts, serving as the primary customer contact
  • Drive renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
  • Identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities through regular check-ins
  • Ensure customers understand and realize the value of Treering’s solutions throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account documentation
  • Surface customer feedback and insights to Sales and Product teams to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a SaaS environment; Travel industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable managing a higher-volume book of accounts
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
