Job Description
Account Manager for SMB Travel accounts at Treering focused on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of SMB Travel accounts, serving as the primary customer contact
- Drive renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities through regular check-ins
- Ensure customers understand and realize the value of Treering’s solutions throughout the lifecycle
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account documentation
- Surface customer feedback and insights to Sales and Product teams to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a SaaS environment; Travel industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing a higher-volume book of accounts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
