Job Description

Business Development Manager for Allergan Aesthetics developing and marketing facial aesthetics products. Responsible for sales growth, business development, and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area
  • Responsible for creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities
  • Provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation
  • Obtains assigned sales goals through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan
  • Leverages resources to accelerate the adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands
  • Works and coordinates activities with other Allergan Aesthetics cross portfolio partners and support teams
  • Complies with required reporting, requests, and compliance policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required
  • Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment
  • Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physicians practice
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven record of driving sales execution
  • Effective consultative support
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skillset
  • Ability to develop key strategies and execute
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong contract and negotiating skills
  • Financial and budgetary experience
  • Ability to travel and be in the field four days a week
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Proficiency on excel, word, power point and other software skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
