Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth in the MENA region. Building client relationships and strategic planning in a Forex trading company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth
  • Create and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align business development initiatives with company goals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure profitable deals
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the MENA region
  • Prior experience in the Forex industry is essential
  • A well established client portfolio is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
