Job Description
Business Development Manager driving client acquisition and staffing solutions across industries. Seeking results-driven candidate with experience in staffing sales and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients across multiple industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in staffing solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, temp-to-hire).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
