Job Description

Business Development Representative at Enertiv developing pipeline and strategic partnerships in sales. Focus on enterprise sales and growth into Account Executive role within 1–2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating qualified pipeline through outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Researching target accounts and identifying key decision makers
  • Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Supporting mid-funnel deal progression by mapping contacts within active accounts
  • Drafting multi-threaded outreach to expand engagement across buying committees
  • Partnering closely with AEs to maintain momentum on active deals
  • Holding AEs accountable to follow-ups and next steps when needed
  • Success in this role is defined by clear performance outcomes: 12 meetings booked per month, 7 Sales Accepted Opportunities per month, 2 Sales Qualified Opportunities per month

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for personalized outreach
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
  • Ability to research companies and stakeholders effectively
  • Interest in enterprise sales and complex B2B deal cycles
  • A strong desire to grow into an Account Executive role within 1–2 years
  • Bonus points for: Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (we use Zoho)
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, FullEnrich, etc.)
  • Exposure to real estate, proptech, or sustainability
