Job Description
Business Development Representative driving new logo acquisition for Snappt's advanced document fraud detection system. Focused on high-value multifamily accounts and account-based growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline through targeted, account-based outreach.
- You’ll work closely with our Regional Sales Directors and Marketing to develop personalized engagement strategies that resonate with decision-makers across the multifamily ecosystem.
- Execute account-based outbound campaigns focused on our enterprise segment
- Research and map key buyers across fee management companies (Asset Managers, VPs/Directors of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Managers)
- Use industry insights, regional fraud data, and ROI narratives to personalize outreach
- Manage your book of accounts through Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Qualify opportunities through thoughtful discovery conversations using Snappt’s SPICED methodology
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to hand off qualified opportunities seamlessly
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to improve campaign messaging and targeting
- Represent Snappt as a trusted resource and thought partner in applicant trust and risk management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or account-based marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in B2B SaaS or PropTech preferred
- Knowledge of the multifamily housing industry is a plus
- Strong research and account mapping abilities
- Data-driven mindset and growth-oriented attitude
