Job Description

Remote Client Solutions Partner growing Labcorp’s oncology and hereditary cancer diagnostics portfolio. Managing key health-system accounts, utilization, retention, and expansion across the North Central West.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts with accountability for retention and growth
  • Identify account risks, address performance gaps, and maintain account stability
  • Maintain and expand revenue streams through account management and deliberate upselling
  • Expand adoption of hereditary cancer testing and increase utilization of oncology diagnostics
  • Grow share of volume across service lines, departments, and care pathways
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize oncology and hereditary cancer testing volume
  • Analyze ordering patterns, provider behavior, and utilization trends to identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as primary contact for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators
  • Build relationships across clinical and operational teams
  • Lead business reviews focused on performance, utilization trends, and care delivery optimization
  • Lead implementation and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within existing accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve account performance
  • Reinforce portfolio value through provider education, data insights, and workflow alignment
  • Partner with Specialty Development Executives to support expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate account strategy across roles and collaborate with the National Accounts team on enterprise initiatives
  • Execute local strategies to drive pull-through of broader health system priorities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 or more years of sales support or sales experience
  • Proven ability to retain and grow existing accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows
  • Demonstrated success driving upsell and utilization within complex health systems
  • Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strategic account management with a focus on retention and expansion
  • Deep understanding of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios
  • Ability to influence provider behavior and drive adoption
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Executive presentation skills, presence and business acumen
  • Up to 50% travel with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services preferred
