Job Description

Strategic sourcer structuring supplier agreements, MOAs, and pricing frameworks for L3Harris defense and aerospace programs. Consolidating forecasts and negotiating proactive procurement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional supply chain organizations to identify, structure, and execute strategic supplier agreements
  • Align internal program requirements with long-term enterprise business and financial objectives through MOAs, pricing agreements, and other contracting frameworks
  • Support affordability initiatives, consolidate demand signals, and enable efficient and proactive procurement execution
  • Assess internal business needs and objectives for strategic partnerships and commodity management strategies
  • Develop strategic approaches with suppliers and structure MOAs/agreements that meet objectives and mitigate risks
  • Aggregate program demands and forecasts for long-term schedule and price agreements
  • Provide periodic and recurring forecasts to suppliers
  • Solicit suppliers, review proposals, and develop agreement structures facilitating proactive creation and award of purchase orders
  • Review, maintain, and proactively renew agreements to avoid gaps supporting future acquisitions
  • Travel to USG/customer locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant supply chain experience, OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related supply chain experience, OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related supply chain experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience drafting and negotiating contract agreements
  • Experience within government contracting, including FAR Part 15
  • Experience in compliance-driven environments
  • Travel 25% to USG/Customer locations
  • Active or obtainable security clearance preferred
  • Master’s degree or formal concentration in supply chain, operations management, or business preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Knowledge of cost/price analysis techniques, supplier cost structures and contracting best practices desired
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience leading supplier negotiations and facilitating cross-functional meetings
  • Experience developing executive-level presentation business case analyses
  • Ability to design, develop, and present persuasive materials to stakeholders at all levels
