Job Description

Director of Human Resources managing HR functions and initiatives for diverse clients at FinStrat Management. Overseeing employee lifecycle and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR functions for clients, reviewing and monitoring all policies and systems
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing ones for changing environments

Requirements:

  • BA degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
