Job Description

Performance Marketer managing B2B paid acquisition channels for a leading Aesthetics SaaS company. Planning and analyzing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Develop and test audience strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom segments.
  • Manage ad spend budgets and optimize for efficient CAC and ROAS.
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new products features, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with Creative Director on ad creative strategy, copy, visuals, and landing page optimization.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Strategic tests on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth Marketing on quarterly planning and budget allocation.
  • Help build and execute paid acquisition strategy for upcoming D2C brand launch.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing $300K+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase or similar tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, sales funnel and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in an IC role at a startup or scaleup.
  • Ability to rapidly move from strategic decision-making to hands-on execution.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
