Job Description
Remote Benefits Specialist helping families understand and access valuable benefits. Providing virtual client support while developing leadership skills with a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Meet virtually with clients to review and explain benefits
- Help families access no-cost and supplemental programs
- Build relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Work within a structured system designed for success
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and motivated
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Leadership-minded or open to growing into leadership
