Job Description

Consultant managing client relationships and HVAC solutions for Tecnogera in Brazil. Focus on sales, contracts, and service delivery in temporary climate systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop and manage the client portfolio, identifying business opportunities in temporary climate control, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified pipeline aligned with the Business Unit (BU) strategy.
  • Conduct complex commercial negotiations involving HVAC rental contracts (chillers, rooftop units and fan coils), ensuring margins, timelines, contractual risk management and alignment with the company’s commercial guidelines.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and budgets in collaboration with technical teams and application engineering, ensuring technical and financial feasibility and meeting customer requirements.
  • Perform technical and commercial site visits to clients and prospects to understand requirements, support solution definition and strengthen commercial relationships.
  • Manage the sales funnel in the CRM, keeping information up to date, producing reliable forecasts and providing pipeline visibility to support BU management.
  • Act as the interface between the client and internal departments, supporting technical, operational and contractual alignment during proposal, closing and contract start-up phases.
  • Support the Air Conditioning Unit Manager in the preparation of reports, analyses and commercial performance presentations, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management or related fields is desirable;
  • Experience as a Sales Consultant;
  • Experience with chillers, rooftop units and fan coils;
  • Technical mastery of the product and its application;
  • Knowledge of negotiation and CRM;
  • Agility, strong communication skills, proactivity and interpersonal skills.
