Job Description
Field Sales Representative visiting UK workplaces for Personal Group, a provider of employee benefits and health insurance. Presenting health support and financial protection products to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Visit blue-collar workplaces such as care homes, bus depots, and warehouses
- Speak directly with staff
- Offer employee benefits that improve lives, including health support and financial protection through insurance
- Work at pre-booked locations
- Travel regularly across the UK
- Attend training academy and complete probation
- Meet performance and compliance targets
Requirements:
- Must have a UK Driver’s License
- Full UK Driving Licence with 0–6 points and no bans in the last 4 years
- Positive attitude
- Great with people and ready to make an impact
- No experience needed
- Ability to undertake regular UK-wide travel
- Must complete a 2-stage interview process following successful application
