Job Description

Founding Account Manager defining customer success and post-sale motions at MEDDICC. Building lasting partnerships with innovative tech go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the post-sale motion for customers
  • Refine customer journey stages and health scoring
  • Drive customer engagement and retention conversations
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across accounts

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing revenue role
  • Self-starter that takes initiative
  • Strong understanding of sales and MEDDPICC framework
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders
  • High-growth SaaS environment experience strongly preferred
