Job Description
Founding Account Manager defining customer success and post-sale motions at MEDDICC. Building lasting partnerships with innovative tech go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the post-sale motion for customers
- Refine customer journey stages and health scoring
- Drive customer engagement and retention conversations
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities across accounts
Requirements:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing revenue role
- Self-starter that takes initiative
- Strong understanding of sales and MEDDPICC framework
- Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders
- High-growth SaaS environment experience strongly preferred
