Job Description
Gaming Account Associate providing outbound support to iGaming players via phone and email. Focused on customer engagement, account management, and retention of high-value players.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, outbound support to iGaming players through phone and email
- Encourage engagement, address routine account needs, and drive ongoing activity
- Develop, reactivate, and retain high-value customers through personalized outreach
- Conduct follow-up on campaigns and events to reinforce participation
- Capture feedback and identify new opportunities for continued engagement
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years in supporting Casino VIP experience and/or equivalent sales experience
