Job Description

Gaming Account Associate providing outbound support to iGaming players via phone and email. Focused on customer engagement, account management, and retention of high-value players.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent, outbound support to iGaming players through phone and email
  • Encourage engagement, address routine account needs, and drive ongoing activity
  • Develop, reactivate, and retain high-value customers through personalized outreach
  • Conduct follow-up on campaigns and events to reinforce participation
  • Capture feedback and identify new opportunities for continued engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years in supporting Casino VIP experience and/or equivalent sales experience
