Job Description
German-speaking Sales Consultant conducting outbound calls for B2B clients in industrial components. Presenting solutions using CAD tools and managing client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients
- Present and explain products, supporting the sales process through to closing
- Use a CAD tool to guide customers through product solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet performance targets
Requirements:
- Language skills – German: C2 (professional fluency required)
- English: good working level
- Technical requirements – Stable broadband internet connection (LAN required)
- Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)
- Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
- Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments
- Experience in closing sales (not only lead generation)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus
- Experience in technical or industrial sectors is an advantage
