Job Description

German-speaking Sales Consultant conducting outbound calls for B2B clients in industrial components. Presenting solutions using CAD tools and managing client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients
  • Present and explain products, supporting the sales process through to closing
  • Use a CAD tool to guide customers through product solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet performance targets

Requirements:

  • Language skills – German: C2 (professional fluency required)
  • English: good working level
  • Technical requirements – Stable broadband internet connection (LAN required)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)
  • Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space
  • Wired USB headset
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments
  • Experience in closing sales (not only lead generation)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus
  • Experience in technical or industrial sectors is an advantage
