Job Description
Group Product Manager at nesto overseeing product strategy and measurable outcomes for the mortgage technology industry. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives in fintech.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end outcomes across a defined product group
- Translate company strategy into clear priorities, roadmap, and success metrics
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers into outcome-driven leaders
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Product Management
- 3+ years managing Product Managers
- B2B SaaS experience; fintech or regulated environment preferred
- Strong business acumen and track record of measurable impact
