Job Description

GTM Partnerships leader scaling Sparrow’s employee leave management partnerships. Driving partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, integrations, and co-selling initiatives across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Sparrow's GTM strategy with HRIS systems, disability insurance carriers, payroll systems, PEO organizations, and point solution partners
  • Identify and secure new partnerships to expand Sparrow's reach and market presence
  • Operationalize and deepen existing partnerships
  • Coordinate with service, operations, and engineering teams to scope work, maintain timelines, and complete initiatives
  • Negotiate preferred partnerships and build joint GTM initiatives and co-selling frameworks
  • Create materials, training, processes, and tools for partner organizations
  • Own pipeline generation, closed-won revenue, and retention business through partnerships
  • Partner with Sales to activate and manage partner-sourced opportunities
  • Track and optimize partnership performance metrics and ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic partnerships
  • Build scalable partnerships processes, playbooks, and future team growth

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
  • Direct experience with insurance carriers, point solutions, and/or HRIS ecosystems to build or scale partnership programs in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the HR tech and/or insurance carrier ecosystem
  • Strong ability to build and manage partner relationships
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to building from the ground up
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and service teams
  • Experience leading highly technical partnership projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require employer sponsorship to work in the United States
  • Must be physically working from within the United States
