Job Description
Health System Partnerships Associate conducting outreach to senior leadership at health systems. Driving engagement for Cadence's remote care delivery solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to senior leadership within large health systems to schedule introductions to our sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including in-person engagements at conferences and virtual calls.
- Track and update engagement, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support customized outreach strategies and engagement initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively articulate how they align with the strategic goals of prospective partners.
- Monitor and report on activity, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience ideally in a sales development, business development, marketing, communications or adjacent roles/background.
- Someone who thrives on the phone. Excellent and timely verbal/written communication skills are critical.
- The ability to express messages clearly and concisely by phone and email while building relationships and positive rapport.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset who will be given clear goals and can test and improve on creative/new pathways to achieving their goals
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
