Job Description
Account Manager responsible for the entire sales cycle in Document Workflow Management. Shaping digital business communication and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from acquiring new customers and closing deals to developing existing accounts
- You identify, qualify and win new customers and develop them into strategic key accounts over time
- You build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders on the client side
- You identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and proactively grow customer accounts
- You conduct needs assessments, product demos, presentations and workshops around our input and output management solutions
- You work closely with Production, Marketing and Customer Success to leverage customer feedback, market requirements and growth opportunities
- You create account and pipeline plans, forecasts and revenue strategies and manage your portfolio using data-driven approaches
- You take commercial responsibility for negotiations through to successful contract closure
- You represent our company at industry events, conferences, trade shows and customer meetings (remote and on-site)
- You monitor relevant sales KPIs to ensure target attainment, forecast accuracy and sustainable growth
Requirements:
- You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in a related industry
- You are familiar with acquiring new customers and developing and scaling existing accounts
- You can analyze customer needs and convincingly position complex solutions
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills at both operational and decision-maker levels
- You work in a structured, data-driven and independent manner and are comfortable with clear revenue targets
- You have experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- You are team-oriented, solution-focused and have a hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in German and ideally have very good English skills.
