Job Description
Client Relationship Manager at Baylor Genetics responsible for client support and retention. Managing onboarding and engagement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for client issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding of new clients
- Serve as the subject matter expert for clients
- Regularly monitor client activity and resolve critical situations
- Execute engagement and communication strategies
- Perform periodic customer business reviews
- Document client activity using Salesforce CRM
- Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with logistics team for supplies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of successful client experience/account coordination
- Ability to think critically and independently
- Solution-driven and proactive in managing client expectations
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
