Job Description

Client Relationship Manager at Baylor Genetics responsible for client support and retention. Managing onboarding and engagement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for client issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding of new clients
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for clients
  • Regularly monitor client activity and resolve critical situations
  • Execute engagement and communication strategies
  • Perform periodic customer business reviews
  • Document client activity using Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with logistics team for supplies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of successful client experience/account coordination
  • Ability to think critically and independently
  • Solution-driven and proactive in managing client expectations
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
