Job Description
Revenue Account Lead Representative managing billing for a medium complexity book of business at The Cigna Group. Focusing on process improvements and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all billing aspects for a medium complexity or larger volume book of business of ~250 accounts
- Owning the end-to-end billing relationship at the Exchange or TPA level for multiple clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert on 2+ Revenue Management processes
- Successful implementation of new and renewing clients
- Work with client/third party vendors on the billing installation and ongoing processes
- Conduct and lead client, TPA walkthrough calls
- Allocate premiums in the CARBS webtool system
- Partner with offshore Global Service Partner to improve client experience
- Communicate via telephone and email to delinquent clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in billing, collections, A/R preferred
- Strong customer-centric focus and ability to work directly with point of contact in a client-facing role
- Analytical skills and ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
- Ability to establish strong matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations
- Demonstrated time management capabilities and ability to manage competing demands
- Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills to effectively interact with all levels and functions within the organization
- Proficient using MS Office; specifically, Excel (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, various formulas)
