Job Description
HELOC Wholesale Account Executive at First American Bank managing and maintaining mortgage broker relationships. Focus on strategic sales initiatives and driving business growth within assigned market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers
- Identify, cultivate, and expand new business opportunities
- Educate brokers on our loan package submission procedures
- Resolve conflicts between brokers and the bank
- Coordinate and actively participate in after-hour events
- Responsible for supervision of sales support staff
- Develop, refine, and deliver comprehensive tracking reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business, finance, or accounting preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in the field or related area
- Must be professional, comfortable speaking with external and internal contacts
- Demonstrated ability to convey thoughts and ideas effectively
- Maintain good working relationships with internal partners
- Cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
