Job Description

HELOC Wholesale Account Executive at First American Bank managing and maintaining mortgage broker relationships. Focus on strategic sales initiatives and driving business growth within assigned market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers
  • Identify, cultivate, and expand new business opportunities
  • Educate brokers on our loan package submission procedures
  • Resolve conflicts between brokers and the bank
  • Coordinate and actively participate in after-hour events
  • Responsible for supervision of sales support staff
  • Develop, refine, and deliver comprehensive tracking reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in the field or related area
  • Must be professional, comfortable speaking with external and internal contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to convey thoughts and ideas effectively
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal partners
  • Cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
