Job Description
FyerX HR Intern supporting recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and employee records. Contributing to remote HR operations and people-development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding requirements, drafting job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting successful closures
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, social media, and other relevant recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience, communication skills, role fit, notice period, availability, and salary expectations
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to schedule interviews, share candidate profiles, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, applicant records, interview-status updates, and hiring reports using Zoho Recruit or other relevant tools
- Build and maintain an organized talent database for current and future hiring requirements
- Support employee onboarding, including offer-letter coordination, document collection, joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely support with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain employee files, attendance and leave records, HR documentation, and other confidential information accurately
- Assist with payroll inputs, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and communication with the finance or operations team
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes
- Assist with performance-review coordination, feedback collection, training requirements, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives
- Stay informed about applicable employment practices, HR processes, and relevant labour-law requirements
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices is preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, HRMS, ATS, or CRM tools will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up consistently
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage assigned tasks responsibly
- A professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
