Job Description
HR Operations Manager at Directive Consulting, handling HR operations and compliance. Supporting employee experience and maintaining accurate HR records for Canadian and US operations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Employee relations experience
- Payroll and tax knowledge
- Knowledge of a wide range of human resource practices, including compliance, leave management, benefits management, vendor relationships
- Ideally strong knowledge of both CAN and US HR practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Solid time management skills and strong ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, open, entrepreneurial environment
