Job Description
HR Operations Manager overseeing US HRIS data, benefits administration, and AI-driven process automation. Supporting Cellebrite’s digital investigation platform and global public safety customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policy
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, within HR systems
- Administer US benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations
- Reconcile benefits data between the HRIS and insurance carriers/vendors
- Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations, improve reporting, and enhance employee self-service
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and drive operational efficiency
- Generate, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data, benefits, and system access
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve cross-functional processes
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and COBRA
- Develop and maintain documentation of HR operational procedures and best practices
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience maintaining HR data in an HRIS platform
- Hands-on experience with a US benefits module, such as Workday Benefits, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar
- Practical experience using AI tools in an HR or operational context, such as ChatGPT/Claude for HR workflows, AI-powered HRIS features, or automation tools
- Strong understanding of US benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and COBRA
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for data auditing and reporting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR compliance regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and FMLA, preferred
- Familiarity with HiBob (bob) HRIS platform is a strong advantage
- Experience with HRIS report writing or dashboard tools
- Prior experience supporting open enrollment cycles
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus
