Job Description
HR Technology Analyst assembling, reviewing, and analyzing HR Technology requirements. Managing HR Technology strategy and addressing employee queries for Carrier.
Responsibilities:
- Establish HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements
- Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects
- Manages components of HR Technology strategy for an assigned initiative, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and compliance
- Understands, interprets and explains program operations and addresses questions from employees, other HR professionals
- Compiles and conducts analysis of current HR Technology and makes recommendations for improvement
- Manages, analyzes, and maintains data associated with HR Technology program delivery and cost
- Addresses questions from employees and other HR professionals using tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable vendors or HR specialists when necessary.
Requirements:
- Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
- Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
- University Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
