Job Description
Intern at Osaic studying employee communications engagement and improving readership metrics. Assisting in data analysis and providing actionable insights to HR and Communications leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze readership and engagement data across internal channels
- Support communication tests and pilot experiments
- Create concise insight summaries and visuals
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Minimum academic standing of Sophomore
- Active enrollment in accredited university
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets experience
- Comfort in remote collaboration and zoom meeting environments
- Ability to attend in-person meetings
- Candidates must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download of 50 Mbps (megabits per second) for best performance.
- Candidates must provide a personal computer, laptops preferable but not required, that has the most up-to-date Operating System and Drivers. Windows 11 or higher, Mac OS 14 (Sonoma) or higher. Hardware requirements are at least 4 CPUs, 8 Gb of RAM, 128 GB of storage with at least 2 GB of free space.
