Job Description

Intern at Osaic studying employee communications engagement and improving readership metrics. Assisting in data analysis and providing actionable insights to HR and Communications leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze readership and engagement data across internal channels
  • Support communication tests and pilot experiments
  • Create concise insight summaries and visuals

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
  • Minimum academic standing of Sophomore
  • Active enrollment in accredited university
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets experience
  • Comfort in remote collaboration and zoom meeting environments
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings
  • Candidates must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download of 50 Mbps (megabits per second) for best performance.
  • Candidates must provide a personal computer, laptops preferable but not required, that has the most up-to-date Operating System and Drivers. Windows 11 or higher, Mac OS 14 (Sonoma) or higher. Hardware requirements are at least 4 CPUs, 8 Gb of RAM, 128 GB of storage with at least 2 GB of free space.
