Job Description
Inside Sales Representative selling BPO and EOR services for MyOutDesk. Driving revenue growth and managing sales activities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of BPO and/or EOR services
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Present and sell BPO and EOR solutions aligned with client needs
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and workforce requirements
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage all sales activities through CRM tools
- Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance
- Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Stay informed on industry trends in outsourcing, remote staffing, and global employment
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, account management) for smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in **inside sales, business development, or account executive roles**
- **Mandatory experience selling BPO services or EOR solutions**
- Strong understanding of offshore staffing, remote workforce models, and global hiring practices
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
