Job Description

Interim Talent Acquisition Partner ensuring uninterrupted hiring delivery across UK & Ireland portfolio. Driving recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for active UK & Ireland roles across GTM, commercial, operational, technical, and some leadership positions.
  • Take over existing pipelines and drive momentum quickly.
  • Source, screen, interview, and support offer processes with minimal ramp-up.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, often with limited availability.
  • Use LinkedIn, ATS data, and AI-enabled tools to remove bottlenecks and accelerate hiring.
  • Provide clear, structured pipeline updates and flag risks early.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of GTM recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK hiring market.
  • Proven ability to step into roles quickly and work autonomously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Experience recruiting for software / SaaS environments (Nice to have).
  • Interim or contract recruiting background (Nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS tools (Nice to have).
