Job Description

IT Support Specialist facilitating online training for adult learners with Generation. Engaging learners, conducting assessments, and ensuring quality training while adapting to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure involvement and active participation of learners in training program
  • Monitor and manage attendance of learners
  • Conduct assessments and report data on traceability tools
  • Share feedback with Generation team for quality training
  • Monitor learner progress, and adapt teaching accordingly

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years industry experience (IT Support role)
  • 2+ years teaching experience
  • B2 or C1 level of English
  • Solid knowledge of technical topics
  • Experience as a professional adult trainer
  • Strong command of digital tools
