Job Description
IT Support Specialist facilitating online training for adult learners with Generation. Engaging learners, conducting assessments, and ensuring quality training while adapting to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure involvement and active participation of learners in training program
- Monitor and manage attendance of learners
- Conduct assessments and report data on traceability tools
- Share feedback with Generation team for quality training
- Monitor learner progress, and adapt teaching accordingly
Requirements:
- At least 3 years industry experience (IT Support role)
- 2+ years teaching experience
- B2 or C1 level of English
- Solid knowledge of technical topics
- Experience as a professional adult trainer
- Strong command of digital tools
