Job Description
Lead UA Manager responsible for user acquisition strategies for web and mobile applications. Focus on campaign optimization and team leadership in a results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user acquisition for a growing web product
- Guide a focused team of UA specialists
- Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
- Test hypotheses and analyze results
- Launch campaigns and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
- Solid experience in web acquisition
- Focus on Facebook and Google Ads
- Understanding of subscription-based monetization models
- Experience with mainstream and alternative traffic sources
- Leadership experience and mentoring skills
